Why support Hummingbird
We don’t ask you to feel sorry for anyone. We ask you to back a generation of educators, artists, mentors, and students building something rare, together. We will not pressure you or manufacture urgency; we will keep doing the work and tell you the truth about it.
100%
The outcome
In a region where 1 in 2 children don't enrol in Grade 9 at all, this is the proof point. Nine years of inquiry-based teaching has produced named alumni at the Chennai Super Kings Academy, in Bangalore universities, and on the national stage.

The model
Hummingbird is run by Ayang Trust, a lean, community-built operation with audited finances. Every contribution and every spend is named in the Annual Report. The school exists because friends believe in it, not because a marketing engine sold it.
9 yrs
The continuation
The Hummingbird School is proof that this model changes a community. The next four schools, and the Hummingbird Academy, will need partners and friends to come into being. The 1.5 million lives we aim to reach by 2040 begin with the next gift.
When a child believes their work matters to their community, they begin to belong to it, and to themselves.
