Taking our model of education beyond The Hummingbird School, we are currently partnered with 200 government primary schools in Majuli, Assam to advance foundational literacy and numeracy through the School Library Project.

Project 02 · Pilot, FY 2026-27
As a pilot initiative in the financial year 2026-2027, we will work directly with 100-150 youth from the Pokajora Panchayat, Majuli, to strengthen their leadership, aspirations and pathways to meaningful opportunities.
Through this initiative, we will establish a Youth Resource Centre, a dedicated space where young people can access mentorship, career guidance, learning resources and opportunities for civic engagement, enabling them to navigate the transition from education to meaningful livelihoods and active citizenship.
The centre will support both students and school dropouts, equipping them with the knowledge, skills, guidance, and opportunities to pursue higher education, meaningful livelihoods, and active citizenship.
Both projects grow through partners, funders, and friends of the Collective.
